FixMyTV provides Smart TV installation, configuration, and related setup assistance. All services are offered subject to availability, and by booking, you authorize our technicians to perform the requested tasks at your location.
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and location details during booking.
- Ensure access to a safe, electricity-powered environment for installation.
- Do not request services that violate manufacturer warranty terms.
4. Payment & Pricing
All pricing listed on our website is transparent and inclusive of basic service charges. Additional materials (such as brackets or wiring) may incur extra costs, communicated in advance. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise stated.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Cancellations after technician dispatch may result in a nominal service fee. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Liability Disclaimer
While our technicians are trained professionals, FixMyTV shall not be held liable for any damage resulting from pre-existing faults in your television, wall structure, or electrical setup. Our warranty covers installation workmanship for up to 7 days post-service.
7. Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, and text displayed on FixMyTV.co are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be handled by competent courts in New York, NY.
